¼ | cup | Blue cheese; crumbled |

Directions
Place the greens, pumpkin seeds, cranberries and cheese in a large salad bowl. When ready to serve, dress the salad to taste with sherry vinegar and olive oil. For a special presentation, serve the salad in hollowed out mini pumpkins.
