|200 millilitres||Skimmed milk|
|40 grams||Edam cheese; grated|
|40 grams||ASDA Healthy Choice Mature; (Lower Fat Cheddar|
|; Style) cheese,|
|1 tablespoon||Pecorino cheese; (optional)|
|3||Spring onions; sliced|
1. Cut the top off each roll and pull out the soft bread from the centre leaving a shell approximately 1cm / ½ inch thick. Place rolls on baking sheet.
2. Beat the eggs with the milk, add the cheeses and the spring onions.
Divide the mixture between the rolls.
3. Bake at 200øC/400øF/Gas Mark 6 for 20 minutes or until the filling has set.
4. Serve hot or cold.
