Yield: 40 Servings
|1 cup||100% bran cereal|
|1 cup||Water, boiling|
|2½ teaspoon||Baking soda|
|2 cups||Kellogs (tm) All-Bran|
Pour water over first three ingrediants & stir. When mixture is cooled add remaining ingrediants/ Put in quart jars & may be kept for 6 or 7 weeks in the refrigerator. When ready to use add batter to standard size muffin tins greased, or use paper cupcake liners. Bake 400 deg. for 15 or 20 min.
