Mile high meringue

Yield: 1 serving

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Egg whites
2 tablespoons Cold water
\N \N Pinch of salt
¼ teaspoon Cream of tarter
¼ teaspoon Vanilla
3 tablespoons Granulated sugar or icing sugar

Combine egg whites and cold water in large bowl. Beat until frothy.

Add slt, cream of tarter, and vanilla. Beat until stiff. Add sugar and beat to stiff peaks. Pile on to hot pie, tarts or cake and bake at 325 deg F. or until golden.
