Microwave meatball stew

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Lean ground beef
1 each Egg -- beaten
½ cup Dry bread crumbs
½ cup Onion -- finely chopped
2 tablespoons Onion soup mix -- dry
1 can Potatoes, canned -- 16 oz
\N \N Drained
1¼ cup Frozen carrot slices
1¼ cup Frozen peas
1 can Mushroom soup, condensed --
\N \N Undiluted 10 3/4 oz
1 can Beef broth -- undiluted 10
½ \N Oz
½ teaspoon Dried savory
¼ teaspoon Dried thyme
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
2 tablespoons Water
¼ teaspoon Brown sauce -- optional

Combine beef, egg, crumbs, onion and soup mix; mix well. Shape into 1½ in. balls. Place in a mixrowave-safe baking dish. Cover and microwave on high for 5 min. Turn meatballs and microwave 5 min.
