3 pounds Ground lamb
1 teaspoon Salt
1½ teaspoon Cumin
2 teaspoons Coarsely ground black pepper
4 teaspoons Paprika
1½ teaspoon Cayenne
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ cup Pomegranate juice
1½ teaspoon Minced garlic
1 teaspoon Dry ginger
1 teaspoon Thyme leaves

Mix together all ingredients, stuff into casings, and twist into 5-inch lengths. You can use those recipes probably also for venison,if you add some ground up fat.
