Meat croquettes

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cooked ground meat
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons Water
1 cup Thick white sauce
Celery salt
1 Egg, slightly beaten

Combine meat and white sauce. Season to taste. Mix thoroughly.

Cool. Form in balls, cones, or cylinders. Roll in crumbs. Fry in deep fat (385F) until brown. Drain on crumpled absorbent paper. 8 servings.
