Marilyn's cornbread stuffing

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Cornbread, crumbled
1 cup Celery, diced
¼ cup Green pepper, diced
½ cup Fresh parsley, cut up
1 cup Onions, diced
4 eaches Eggs
2 slices White bread
\N \N Salt, pepper, poultry seasoning to taste

Broth made from boiled giblets or plain hot water Put vegetables in skillet with three tablespoons oil. Simmer and stir a few minutes.

Put cornbread, vegetables, and spices in a big bowl. Add enough broth or water to make stuffing moist, mix well Will stuff a 15 to 20 pound turkey.
