Maple-glazed apple tart

½ pack (17 1/4oz.) frozen puff pastry (1 sheet),, thawed
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine;, divided
2 \N Red and/or green apples; cpred and cut, into thin rings, divided
¼ cup Maple syrup;, divided
½ cup Apple butter

Preheat oven to 400. On floured surface, roll pastry to 10-inch square; place on cookie sheet. Cut 1-inch diagonal slit on each corner of the pastry. Cut four ¾-inch strips from around the edge of the pastry.
