Manioc and coconut cake

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Grated coconut
½ cup Sugar

q cup fresh manioc, washed, peeled and grated (cassava) Mix all the ingredients and arrange into small servings wrapped in coconut leaves and tied with liane creeper. Cook on hot stones.
