|15||Chicken wings - cut at joints - dicard tip|
|½ cup||Soy sauce|
|2 tablespoons||Chili sauce|
|1 teaspoon||Ground ginger|
|2||Minced garlic cloves|
Place wings in shallow glass or plastic bowl. Combine rest and pour over wings - cover and refridgerate an hour - turning occasionally. Heat oven 375F. Cover broiler pan with foil. Place chicken on broiler pan - brush with marinade. Bake 30 minutes, turn, brush with marinade. Bake 20 minutes longer brushing with marinade occasionally. Bake until deep brown and chicken is cooked through. Discard any remaining marinade.
