Macaroni with danish butter sauce

4cupsMacaroni
½cupButter
cupMushrooms, sliced
½cupDanish blue cheese
1cupChicken broth
2tablespoonsLemon juice
¼cupGraded parmesan cheese
tablespoonFresh chives, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook macaroni, melt butter in large skillet, over low heat and saute mushrooms for 1 minute. Add blue cheese and stir until melted. Add chicken broth and lemon juice and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.

Add macaroni and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Add parmesan cheese and chives.

Serve.
