Macaroni with corn relish & smoked turkey

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Rotini, Twists or Spirals uncooked |
| 10 | ounces | Frozen corn; thawed |
| 2 | Celery stalks; diced | |
| 1 | medium | Red onion; diced |
| 12 | ounces | Smoked turkey; diced |
| 2 | teaspoons | Vegetable oil |
| ¼ | cup | Tomato sauce |
| ¼ | cup | Barbecue sauce |
| ¼ | cup | Low-sodium chicken broth (defatted) |
| ¼ | cup | Red wine vinegar |
| 12 | Green olives, sliced | |
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse pasta with cool water.
In a large bowl, stir together the corn, celery, red onion and turkey. In a medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Stir into corn mixture. Add pasta and toss well. Spoon into a serving bowl and sprinkle with olives.
