¼ | cup | Skim milk |
¾ | ounce | Mozzarella cheese; part skim milk, grated |
¾ | ounce | Cheddar cheese; grated |
1 | dash | White pepper |
Directions
In a medium saucepan combine macaroni, milk, cheese and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes, until cheeses are melted NOTES : 11 points per serving
