Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Dried Apricot Halves; chopped |
| ½ | cup | Prunes; chopped |
| ½ | cup | Golden Raisins |
| ¼ | cup | Dates; chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Honey |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cocoa |
Directions
Place all ingredients except the cocoa food processor. Process until a paste forms, stopping occasionally to scrape sides. Shape mixture into bite-sized balls; cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Roll truffles in powdered cocoa and store tightly covered.
