1 | can | Whole tomatoes |
6 | ounces | With liquid, chopped |
1 | can | Garbanzo beans -- l5 ounces |
Drained | ||
1 | can | Beef broth -- 14-1/2 ounces |
1½ | cup | Water |
2 | mediums | Zucchini |
Cut into 1/4-inch slices | ||
½ | teaspoon | Dried basil |
Grated Parmesan cheese |
Directions
In a 3-qt. saucepan, cook sausage and onion; drain fat. Stir in tomatoes, beans. broth. water, zucchini and basil. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until the zucchini is tender.
Sprinkle each serving with cheese. Yield: 6-8 servings (2 qts.) Recipe By : Taste of Home
