Ramon's mexican vegetable soup

1largeOnion, chopped
1Clove Garlic, minced
3tablespoonsBeef Stock Base
6cupsWater
1can(14.5 oz) Stewed Tomatoes
1cupCarrots, thinly sliced
1cupZuchinni, cubed
1pack(10 oz) Frozen Corn
1pack(10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, (Mushrooms, Peas, Onions)
1can(15 oz) Kidney Beans
3tablespoonsChile Powder
1tablespoonDried Cilantro

Directions

Brown meat, drain off fat. Cook onion and garlic until limp. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil; simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serves 6-8.
