Directions: Heat a large skillet until hot. Add the olive oil and turkey.
Saute often and add the seasoning mix, flour and soy sauce. Cook until turkey is crumbly. Drain the meat mixture to remove fat. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, scallions, cilantro, lime juice, hot sauce and cheese. Stuff the taco shells with turkey, then the lettuce mixture.
Top with sour cream.
