Tomato and okra gumbo

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Okra; fresh or frozen
1 \N #2 can Tomatoes
½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Margarine
3 slices Bacon

Cut okra in ½" pieces, pour tomatoes in sauce pan. Add okra along with seasoning. Cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
