Lokshen kugel (sweet noodle pudding)

| 8 | ounces | Broad noodles |
| 1 | cup | Pot cheese |
| ½ | cup | Raisins |
| 1 | large | Egg beaten slightly |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 2 | teaspoons | Sugar |
| ¾ | cup | Sour cream |
| ¼ | cup | Margarine or butter melted |
Directions
preheat the oven to 350. Cook the noodles as directed on the package.
Drain well. Stir in the remaiing ingredients and half the melted margarine. Place in a greased casserole and pour over the remaining melted margarine. bake uncovered for 1 hour.
