Loganberry refresher

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Granulated sugar
½ cup Water
7 cups Loganberries
2 cups Orange juice
½ cup Lemon juice
1½ cup Cold water

Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan and cook over medium high heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring contantly; remove from heat and chill.

Mash berries, then press through a strainer to remove seeds. Combine berries with orange juice and lemon juice, and add sugar syrup. Chill until very cold. Bevore serving, add cold water.
