Llt (lox, lettuce and tomato) sandwich - country cooking

| 3 | tablespoons | Light cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese |
| Lettuce leaves (Boston, bibb, escarole, or romaine) | ||
| 1 | large | Or 4 cherry tomatoes, sliced |
| ¼ | pounds | Thinly sliced smoked saimon (lox) |
| 1 | small | Red onion, thinly sliced |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Drained capers (opt.) |
| Fresh dill sprigs | ||
| Lemon wedges (opt.) | ||
Directions
1 Place bottoms of bagels on 4 sandwich plates. Divide cream cheese among bagels.
2. Top each bagel bottom with lettuce, cover with tomato slices, salmon, onion, capers (if desired), and dill; add remaining bagel half.
3. Serve "LLT" with lemon wedges, if desired.
