1 | large | Onion, finely chopped |
1 | cup | Celery, minced |
½ | cup | Raisins |
½ | cup | Mandarin Orange Sections, chopped |
¼ | cup | Sabra or Grand Marnier Orange Liqueur |
¾ | cup | Hot water |
1 | Egg, beaten |
Directions
(This recipe is for a 10-12 lb bird. Increase measurements for larger size.) Heat butter to foam. Add onion and celery, stirring in butter until wilted. Remove from heat and stir in stuffing, mixing along with the raisins, chopped orange sections, liqueur, hot water and egg. Spoon loosely into the bird's chest cavity.
