Leg o' lamb

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Leg of lamb; 3-4 lb.
\N \N Salt and pepper
\N \N Garlic powder or slivers of fresh garlic
\N \N Mint jelly

Season the lamb well with salt and pepper and garlic powder. Place in roasting pan and cover. Bake at 350*F. for about 2 hours or until meat is tender when pierced with a fork. Serve with mint jelly.

This is especially good with Parsleyed New Potatoes, Country-Style Green Beans and Sour Cream Lemon Pie for a Sunday dinner.
