Lebanese yogurt salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Cucumber, peeled, seeded & diced
2 \N Cloves garlic, crushed
2 cups Yogurt, beaten with a fork
3 tablespoons Fresh mint or 1 tbsp. dried mint

Preparation : Simply combine ingredients and mix together with a fork.

Serve as a salad or side dish.
