Lamb cutlets with chutney glaze

| 1 | pack | MAGGI Brown Onion Gravy Mix | 
| ½ | cup | Water | 
| ¼ | Sherry | |
| ¼ | cup | Fruit chutney | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce | 
| 1 | Garlic clove; crushed | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Brown sugar | 
| Freshly ground black pepper | ||

Cook the cutlets over a preheated barbecue or under a preheated grill for 8-10 minutes or until just cooked. 
Turn once.
While the cutlets are cooking, prepare the glaze. Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan. 
Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, then simmer over a low heat for 1 minute.
Stir occasionally. Spoon the glaze over the cutlets. 
Serve with mashed potatoes and a salad or vegetables.
