Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | White fish, cut in chunks |
| 1 | cup | Onion, sliced |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lacama (see recipe) |
| 1 | cup | Potatoes, diced |
| 1 | cup | Carrots, diced |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sweet red pepper |
| 1 | cup | Tomatoes, cubed |
| ½ | teaspoon | Saffron |
| ½ | cup | Olive oil, heated |
| 1 | Red pepper, sliced | |
Directions
Layer all ingredients. Pour over the hot oil. Top with the pimento.
Simmer slowly for about ¾ hour. Do not mix. Serve: Hot, with drops of lemon juice.
