King khofa's lamb tagen

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Good quality diced lamb |
| ½ | cup | Chopped onion |
| 1 | Clove garlic; chopped | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chopped mixed red and green chillies |
| 1 | can | Peeled tomatoes |
| 1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground coriander |
| 1 | cup | Okra; (ladies' fingers) |
| 1 | cup | Water |
Directions
Fry the onion, garlic and chillies gently until soft. Add the diced lamb and the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the paprika and coriander, plus the water, and simmer for a further 20 minutes. Then add the okra and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve garnished with a sprinkling of parsley.
