Along with these crunchy wings, pack carrot and celery sticks, a whole wheat roll, an apple and fruited yogurt for a lunch the kids will love. If you wish to cook enough for supper the night before, just double the recipe except for the salt. Adults will love these wings too. 1 lb chicken wings ½ cup all purpose flour 1 tbps wheat germ 1-½ tsp paprika ½ tsp EACH dried marjoram, dry mustard and salt ¼ tsp pepper ¼ cup buttermilk Separate wings at joints, reserving tips for stock or soup. Line baking sheet with foil and grease. In plastic bag, shake together four, wheat germ, paprika, marjoram, mustard, salt and pepper. POur buttermilk into hsallow dish. Working with a few at atime, sahke wings in flour mixture, remove and shake off excess back into bag.

Dip into buttermilk. Shake again in flour mixture. Arrange on prepared baking sheet. Bake in 400F oven for about 35 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Let cool. Makes 14 pieces.
