Ingredients

1poundsGround veal
¼teaspoonPepper
¼teaspoonOregano
1Bouillon cube
¼cupHot water
¼cupFresh chopped parsley
2largesCloves crushed garlic
½teaspoonSalt
teaspoonOnion flakes

Directions

Dilute bouillon cube in the hot water, add onion flakes and let stand

20 minutes.

Mix all the ingredients together. Let stand for one hour and then divide into eight equal parts and roll into hot dog form.

Broil for seven minutes on each side.
