|2||Envelopes unflavored gelatin|
|¼ cup||Cold water|
|1 cup||Boiling water|
|1 cup||Fresh lime juice|
|1 tablespoon||Grated lime rind|
|3 cups||Nonfat yogurt cheese*|
Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water and stiruntil dissolved. Add lime juice, rind and sugar.
