2teaspoonsTurmeric powder; (10 g)
4teaspoonsCoriander powder; (20 g)
2teaspoonsGinger paste; (10 g)
50gramsGreen chilli paste
1Lemon; juice of
Salt to taste
1Sprig curry leaves
Oil

Directions

SCALE, clean and wash the fish thoroughly. Make deep slits on either side.

Mix all the ingredients, except oil, and marinate the fish in this mixture for an hour in the refrigerator. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry till done. Serve hot.
