Yield: 12 Servings
|3 cups||Bisquick original baking mix|
|3 tablespoons||Vegetable oil|
|6 ounces||Semisweet chocolate; coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)|
HEAT oven to 400 degrees. Line 12 medium muffin cups, 2-1/2x1-¼ inches, with paper baking cups.
BEAT eggs slightly in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except chocolate until moistened. Fold in chocolate. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
BAKE 17 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. 1 dozen muffins.
