Jay's jelly gems

Yield: 1 recipe

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
2 \N Egg yolks
2½ cup Flour
¼ teaspoon Almond flavoring
\N \N Jelly, flavor optional

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, flour and flavoring. Mix well. Form into small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Press thumb into each cookie. Fill indentation with jelly.

Bake in oven @ 400ø until brown.
