| ½ | cup | Ricotta |
| ½ | cup | Grated cheese |
| 3 | Sausage links (skinned, cooked and drained well) | |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Pre-bake pie shell. Place sausage on bottom of crust. Blend eggs and cheeses and seasoning. Pour over sausage and bake 350 for 45 min or until center is almost firm.
