Irish coffee muffins

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Flour |
| 1 | tablespoon | Baking powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | Egg, beaten | |
| ⅓ | cup | Butter, melted |
| ½ | cup | Heavy cream, unwhipped |
| ¼ | cup | Irish whiskey |
| ¼ | cup | Coffee liqueur |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Sift the first 4 ingredients together.
Stir in remaining ingredients, until moistened.
Fill paper-lined muffin tins full, and bake approximately 20 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
