Yield: 1 Servings
|½ cup||Chunky peanut butter|
|1 \N||Clove garlic; minced fine|
|1 dash||Cayenne; ground|
|½ cup||Coconut milk|
In a sauce pan, gradually heat the peanut butter, stirring constantly.
Season with garlic and cayenne. Gradually add ½ cup water and coconut milk. Cook over low heat until sauce flavors blend. Taste and adjust seasonings.
Serving ½ tablespoon.
