1 tablespoon Margarine
½ cup Potatoes o'brien
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Chili powder
2 \N Eggs; beaten
2 tablespoons Sour cream
1 tablespoon Taco sauce
1 teaspoon Green onion; chopped
\N \N 9\" flour tortilla

In skillet over medium heat melt margarine, add potatoes, salt and chili powder; cook until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally. Add eggs, scramble with potatoes are set. Briefly warm tortilla in dry frying pan over very low heat, turning often. Place egg mixture on tortilla; top with sour cream, taco sauce and sprinkling of green onions. Fold the two side together and roll up.
