|¼ cup||Hot peppers; ground|
|¾ cup||Bell peppers; ground|
|1½ cup||Cider vinegar (up to)|
|1 \N||Bottle (16-oz) Certo|
Wash peppers, cut and remove seeds. Grind hot and bell peppers with fine cutter of grinder. In a large pot, combine peppers, sugar, and vinegar; mix well. Boil for 10 minutes; remove from heat. Add bottle of Certo Pour into small sterilized bottles and seal with paraffin Delicious served with meats, especially pork.
