Hot pepper jelly #1

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Hot peppers; ground
¾ cup Bell peppers; ground
1½ cup Cider vinegar (up to)
6½ cup Sugar
1 \N Bottle (16-oz) Certo

Wash peppers, cut and remove seeds. Grind hot and bell peppers with fine cutter of grinder. In a large pot, combine peppers, sugar, and vinegar; mix well. Boil for 10 minutes; remove from heat. Add bottle of Certo Pour into small sterilized bottles and seal with paraffin Delicious served with meats, especially pork.
