Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Hot peppers; ground |
| ¾ | cup | Bell peppers; ground |
| 1½ | cup | Cider vinegar (up to) |
| 6½ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | Bottle (16-oz) Certo | |
Directions
Wash peppers, cut and remove seeds. Grind hot and bell peppers with fine cutter of grinder. In a large pot, combine peppers, sugar, and vinegar; mix well. Boil for 10 minutes; remove from heat. Add bottle of Certo Pour into small sterilized bottles and seal with paraffin Delicious served with meats, especially pork.
