Hot marmalade soy dip

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Orange marmalade
¼ cup Lemon juice
¼ cup Soy sauce
1 \N Clove garlic; finely chopped
1 dash Ginger
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Cold water

Combine marmalade, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic and ginger; bring to the boiling point.

Dissolve cornstarch in water. Add to hot sauce and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

Serve hot.
