Hot chocolate toddy

Measure Ingredient
4 tablespoons Dutch Processed Cocoa
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 cups Milk
¼ cup Heavy Cream -or-
/4 c Half and Half
teaspoon Vanilla Extract
teaspoon Dark Rum (eg Myers)
teaspoon Cognac
1 dash Cinnamon
1 dash Nutmeg

Preheat milk and cream before adding other ingredients.
