Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| 1 | pounds | Can white hominy; drained | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Sour cream | 
| ½ | cup | Shredded Jack cheese | 
| 1 | small | Can chopped Ortega chilis | 
| Salt to taste | ||
Directions
Mix the above carefully and put into small buttered casserole & sprinkle with 3 tbs. bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
For 12 persons, use 2 large cans hominy and triple other ingredients. Bake in 3 quart casserole. This is a good, easy dish to serve with barbecued meat.
