Homemade chile powder

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Dried chile peppers (either
\N \N Mild ones, such as Anaheim
\N \N Or pasilla, or a combination
\N \N Of mild and hot)
1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Ground cloves
1 teaspoon Ground coriander

In a blender, whirl the chile peppers and cumin seeds to a powder.

Mix well with the rest of the ingredients. Store in an airtight container.
