2 tablespoons | Flour |
¼ cup | Chile Powder |
2 cups | Beef broth |
24 ounces | Tomato sauce |
½ teaspoon | Oregano |
¼ teaspoon | Cumin |
1 | Clove garlic |
Heat oil and garlic in large saucepan. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute on low heat. Stir in chile powder. Stir to remove lumps. Add remaining ingreadients and simmer 15 minutes. Remove garlic clove.
