Chile powder sauce

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Flour
¼ cup Chile Powder
2 cups Beef broth
24 ounces Tomato sauce
½ teaspoon Oregano
¼ teaspoon Cumin
1 Clove garlic

Heat oil and garlic in large saucepan. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute on low heat. Stir in chile powder. Stir to remove lumps. Add remaining ingreadients and simmer 15 minutes. Remove garlic clove.
