Homemade hot chile powder

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Ground cumin
1 teaspoon Aji chile powder; or other HOT chile
1 tablespoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Ground allspice
1 teaspoon Ground cloves
1 teaspoon Dried oregano; crumbled

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Place in an airtight container. Should be good for about 6 months.

Use 1 tbsp per pound of meat in chili or stew. More if you like things hot.
