Ingredients

| 12 | ounces | Italian Soft wheat flour or Plain white flour |
| 2 | Egg Yolks | |
| dash | Olive Oil | |
| pinch | Salt | |
| 3 | Beaten Eggs | |
Directions
On a cool worktop, mix all ingredients except beaten eggs together with your hands until you have a tacky dough. add beaten eggs and continue kneading until you have a smooth and pliable dough. Cover and leave to rest for a good half hour. Roll out on a floured surface and cut to the size required ir you can use a pasta machine if you have one.
