Home-made pasta

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
12 ounces Italian Soft wheat flour or Plain white flour
2 \N Egg Yolks
\N dash Olive Oil
\N pinch Salt
3 \N Beaten Eggs

On a cool worktop, mix all ingredients except beaten eggs together with your hands until you have a tacky dough. add beaten eggs and continue kneading until you have a smooth and pliable dough. Cover and leave to rest for a good half hour. Roll out on a floured surface and cut to the size required ir you can use a pasta machine if you have one.
