Ingredients

| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |

| 1 | cup | Milk |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter, melted |
| 2 | cups | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
| ⅔ | pounds | Spinach, frozen, chopped, thawed (300 g) |
| ¼ | cup | Sweet red pepper, fine chop |
| 1 | Green onion, chopped | |
Directions
In large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
In separate bowl, whisk eggs; whisk in milk and butter. Stir in cheese, spinach, red pepper and onion. Pour over flour mixture; stir just until combined. Pour into greased 11x7-inch baking dish. Bake in 350F 180C oven for about 30 minutes or until set. Let cook for 10 minutes; slice into squares.
For easy family supper, cut them into larger squares and serve with vegetables and a dip, and thick slices of Italian bread.
