Holiday chestnut spread

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Envelope lipton; (r) vegetable recipe soup mix
1 \N Container; (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
1 pack (3 oz.) cream cheese; softened
1 tablespoon Light rum; (optional)
1 cup Jarred or canned roasted whole chestnuts

In food processor, combine vegetable recipe soup mix, cheeses and rum until smooth. Add chestnuts and process until just blended, about 10 seconds. (Do not overprocess chestnuts.) Turn into 1-quart casserole and bake 20 minutes or until warm. Serve with Suggested Dippers.

Suggested Dippers: Use breadsticks, sliced apples or assorted crackers.

Microwave Directions: In food processor, process as above. Turn into 1-quart microwave-safe casserole. Microwave uncovered at MEDIUM (50% Power) 6 minutes or until heated through, stirring every 2 minutes. Serve as above.
