Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Butter or margarine |
| 1 | tablespoon | Browning sauce -- liquid |
| 3 | teaspoons | Seasoned salt |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | large | Onion -- sliced |
| 3 | mediums | Green pepper -- sliced into |

Directions
Cut into 15 portions; place each on a piece of aluminum foil. In a saucepan melt butter; stir in browning sauce. Pover over roasts.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Arrange onion and green pepper on roasts. Seal foil; plce pouchers in roasting pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 2 to 2½ hours. Yield; 12 to 15 servings.
