Hearts of romaine w/thai yogurt dressing

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Hearts of romaine
½ teaspoon FF mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Yogurt
¼ teaspoon Ginger; minced
¼ teaspoon Garlic; minced
¼ teaspoon Cilantro; minced
½ teaspoon Scallions; minced
\N \N White pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Soy sauce

Here's another low fat salad dressing that's one of my favorites: Clean and cut romaine into thirds or quarters lengthwise. Combine all remaining ingredients for dressing and pour over romaine. I usually triple this recipe and add more ginger and garlic. A little lemon juice is also a good addition.
